Refund Policy

1. Guarantee Period

Our 60-day money-back guarantee begins on the date your order was placed. You have 60 full days from that date to request a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email our customer support team at support@geturovance.com with your order number and reason for the refund. This step is required.
2. Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the used and unused bottles (empty bottles are accepted) to the return address provided in the RMA email.
4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

3. What Is Refunded

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the Urovance product. Original shipping charges (if applicable) and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take 3 to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and either resend the order or issue a refund.

7. What Is Not Covered

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed directly through the official Urovance website. Purchases from third-party sellers, online marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers are not covered by this guarantee.
